Meowllo is $1.99 once. No subscription. No in-app upsells.

How to ask

Open Support, pick the refund topic, and use the email you adopted with. Ask within 14 days of a paid adoption.

What we refund

A paid adoption fee, if checkout charged you. We will reply by email and sort it from there.

What is not a refund

• A lost adoption code — adopt again with the same email and we resend the same code.
• Installing on a second or third device — that is already included.
• Choosing Limited Mode after declining an OS permission.

Before checkout is live

Adopt currently emails a code and does not charge a card. If you ever see a charge you did not mean to make, write to Support and we will fix a billing mistake.
